Responsibilities:
• Seller Central Account Management: Managing Amazon seller accounts, including setting up and maintaining seller profiles, managing product listings, managing inventory, and handling pricing and promotions.
• Order Fulfillment: Monitoring and processing orders, managing order status, handling shipping and tracking information, and managing returns and refunds.
• Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and managing customer reviews and feedback.
• Marketing and Promotion: Creating and managing Amazon advertising campaigns, optimizing product listings for search engine optimization (SEO), and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and visibility.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and providing regular reports to clients.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and managing product replenishment to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Account Optimization: Implementing strategies to optimize seller account performance, including improving product rankings, managing feedback and reviews, and monitoring account health metrics.
• Operational Support: Managing day-to-day operational tasks related to Amazon seller accounts, such as managing product images, updating product information, and resolving technical issues.
• Keeping up with Amazon Policies and Updates: Staying updated with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and updates and ensuring compliance with Amazon's terms of service.
