I am a Supply Chain and Inventory Management expert with tons of experience and am super amazing to work with. You will come across a person, who firmly believes every problem can be sorted and then brings up the solutions on the table. I have worked with multiple clients and had been handling their Amazon Business, which includes managing and optimizing Inventory and dealing with Suppliers and FF's as well to optimize this whole process. So, I am aware of all the nitty and gritty involved in this process.

I will be responsible for the following:

• Optimizing the shipment cost and optimizing the process for the Improving Cost of Goods Value
• Managing the Supply Chain and complete Inventory in Pipeline and Operations
• Maintaining the Reporting and Receiving of the inventories and doing the Audit of the inventory one shipment arrives at 3PL / Warehouse
• Analyzing the Sales and Trends, Forecasting the Units; Re-ordering the required Units as per requirement
• Preparing and Processing of the Purchase Orders
• Tracking the shipments and Purchase Orders, Setting up of Amazon FBA Shipments
• Maintaining IPI Score above 450 to avoid storage limits set by Amazon
• Following up with suppliers and forcing them to follow Production completion deadlines
• Following up with Forwarder and make sure they comply with in-transit timelines (ETA and ETDs)
• Work with warehouse / 3PL regarding receiving of Inbound and Outbound shipments
• Forecasting the numbers and making a plan for the production of units and finally auditing everything in line with the supply chain process
