Facilitate order management - prepare order files, validate orders, and perform order updates as well as data entry into internal system when necessary. Monitor new orders and ensure order processing on timely manner. Check held orders on a daily basis and communicate with customers to confirm order details, updates, and changes on their orders. Update tracking numbers of orders into internal systems. Monitor emails and work closely with the customer service team to provide support in terms of order details, status or changes in processes. Create and maintain an environment with intense focus on customer satisfaction and professional customer support balanced with consistent achievement of standard business objectives. Provide hands-on assistant to team members while serving as an escalation point for the operation's issues and complaints. Perform administrative tasks assigned by the management - data entry, researching, reporting, etc.
