I have an eight-year experience in the BPO industry. I started as a customer service representative and during my first year of tenure I was awarded by the company as the Best Customer Service Representative. After such, I was promoted as a Quality Analyst and the rest is history. I have in-depth knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Applications as this is the one of the primary tools I am using to analyze data. I help my clients resolve their concerns using my excellent customer service skills. Currently, I am attending an online course to become an Amazon Seller VA which would also be in line with your current requirement.
