Aggrey Willis Otieno is a Communication for Development specialist. In 2011, he received a Master of Arts in Communications and Development and a diploma in African Community Health from Ohio University in the United States. He is a role model who is mobilizing communities and developing strong networks to empower them. In development practice, Aggrey has over 15 years of resourceful work experience and skills in designing and facilitating participatory planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning protocols and processes in social and economic development. Aggrey has worked and consulted for international development organizations in Child and Human Rights, Capacity Building, Health and HIV/AIDS. Aggrey is the author of “Condemning women to early graves: Innovating new approaches to combating maternal and neonatal mortality in Kenya.” And also, "Improving Health Communications in Kenya: A feasibility study on engaging Frontline Health workers in Using Mobile Technology
