I can also do more complex IP blocks specially PLLs, Oscillators

I can do both design and layout.

I can do the whole flow from schematic, to layout, until post layout verification.

I can also do high level design and/or architectural exploration and calculations (in Matlab or Excel).

I have 25 years experience in electronics design with 15 years in consumer and automotive analog circuit design in large (top 10) semiconductor companies. I have designed from DC to 5 GHz and from 1um to 22nm process nodes.
