Document process manual and new reports changes to existing reports. Responsible for the daily monitoring of database application, system interfaces and quality assurance activities. Experience in Database Management Task such as Creating Table, View, Stored Procedures, and functions and Importing, Exporting or Transforming Data. Experience in Data Operations like Inserting, Updating, and Deleting Records. Basic knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS) and Tableau. Gathering of information required to develop BI reports. Develop SQL queries & stored procedures to create end-user reports to display mined data. Create test and support data models, structures and processes for reporting analysis. Extract and collect data from various sources for reporting analysis. Design and development of new dashboards, reports and adhoc reports requests. Ensure the integrity of data, including extraction, processing storage, manipulation analysis. Effectively communicate the status of tasks and timely delivery of all deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve reporting performance data related issues. Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with all end user of the system. Responsible for managing assigned project tasks and multiple priorities.
