This includes development of business projections, Cost Benefit Analysis, Costing modules, Optimization models etc. These tools are key to any decision making in an organization. Having worked for five years in the role of Head of Corporate Planning, MIS & Costing and reporting to top management, I have developed a deep insight into the critical factors for success of a business. With this background, I am able to convert a set of assumptions and a management problem into an excel model which can effectively guide a decision maker for making any decision. Apart from the above, I can develop data based optimization models which are helpful to indicate the best possible situation in a set of given scenarios.
