Approach and Project Outcome (in brief)

• Brainstorming with respective functions to understand the business model, business aspirations, capabilities, constraints etc
• Research on relevant industry insights, reports and data
• Data Analysis and Modelling; iterations as per Management expectations
• Final outcome will be an easy-to-use workable models (excel or other as per requirement)
• Final recommendation will also include potential areas of Automation
• Training, Change Management & Implementation
