Deep technical knowledge of Application and Service Performance Monitoring Tools (CA APM, App Dynamics, Naemon, Aternity etc…) Technical experience in use of BMC Truesight products including Truesight Capacity Optimiser toolset Implementation of Enterprise standard Application and Service Performance Monitoring Technical expertise to apply functional knowledge to complex and diverse issues Experience of working within an ITIL based service delivery model Experience managing performance with third parties or internal delivery teams within a service frame work, including SLA, KPI and OLA management Up-to-date and in-depth knowledge on the technologies provided in one or more of these areas Operating Systems (e.g. Linux, Microsoft, Unix) Datacentre Infrastructure (e.g. Servers, Storage, Networks) Database and file system technologies (e.g. SQL, Oracle, Hadoop) Software (e.g. Open Source, VMware) Application and Infrastructure interoperability Application Performance Monitoring Good understanding of coding technologies (Java, C#, .Net etc. for Performance Monitoring tuning techniques)
