Deliver mobile application based on requirement. REST API will be in flask (python) or laravel(PHP) or as per client need. I have good and long experience in app development (hybrid as well as native). You can consider Flutter, react native, ionic, android to develop the app. Final product will absolutely fine as expected. SDLC will be following while development and discussion will be held in every phase.
