1. Pre-sales presentations and demonstrations, business process reviews and documentations. 2. Evaluated customer’s needs, defined and installed new values, implemented changes, planned different transition and tested functionality to fulfill organization needs. (Business Process Mapping) 3. Develop detailed project plan containing activities and task, duration, milestone, resources required and assignment of responsibilities. 4. Reviews and confirm project objectives and scope with the client’s Project Manager. 5. Identify and manage project risks together with the client’s Project Team 6. Discuss and define implementation strategy with the clients. 7. Conducts assessment on client’s current processes and assisted in identifying gaps and proposing solutions. 8. Prepares Functional Specification document based on the client’s requirements 9. Trained users prepared training materials, prepared guidelines, assisted users on the implementation. 10. Conducts User Acceptance Testing with the client’s 11. Handles communication with the clients for project updates 12. Manage the deliverables and progress of the implementation until go live off in clients.
