Involve in manual testing and inform the bug/issue to development team. Conducting training programs for the end Users . Provide different levels of support (L1 & L2). Responsible for the dealing with the problems, bug fixing and troubleshooting. Assist with testing of fixes before sending to clients. Gap analysis and prepare SRS document according to user requirement.
