1. Application Support
- have the knowledge on the application system such as the HQ Loyalty and Promotions and the POS system that were using by one the retail company here in the Philippines.
- provides necessary support to the users when it comes to technical and functional concerns regarding the system
- prepares and applies list of new setups and changes about the system
- analyzes issues and concerns that will be encountered by the users
- contributes new changes for the process improvement of the system
- provides application training for the users
- generates reports based on their previous promotions that were deployed in the system
2. Project Support
- leads the projects that are related to the system such as in planning, organizing, data gathering, testing and deploying.
- assists in doing the timelines, test scenarios, documentations, and othe related activities for the project
- knows how to collaborate and coordinate to other concerned groups that are part of the projects
3. Business and System Analysis and Design
- Analyzes the business requirements
- Assesses and provides solutions and recommendations
- Prepares detailed documentation of the solution and recommendation including it's impact/integration requirements with other systems, functional and operational impact
- Writes test scenarios, QA testing, checks and validates the test results
4. Documentation
- Documents project implementations details and procedures
- Prepares and review process flows and chart.
- Documents encountered issues and resolutions
- Documents test scenarios and outputs
- Creates training and technical manuals about the system
