I have been in the BPO industry for 8 years and been in the home based industry for 1 and 7 months. I can say that i can work with less supervision and highly motivated. Well, I can say that my experience taught me a lot of things and encountered so many scenarios, and being said that, I am well equipped and well prepared to handle different situations. Attendance is never an issue for me because the job is given all you need to do is to fulfill your duties and responsibilities. I am looking forward meeting new clients and working with them.
