I've been working for 4 years as an appointment setter and also as an ISA for a real estate company, almost a year as a Customer Service Representative. In outbound, my job was to make an appointment setting for our customers who are interested in the services we offer to them. In these various jobs, I knew how to communicate well with our valued customers. As an agent or representative, I always make sure giving good customer service to reach their satisfaction with regards to the services we rendered to them or even customer's concerns. I've been multi-tasking about my job, aside from calling and receiving calls, I'm the one also who was reporting my sales on our portal site, taking notes of customer's concerns & encoding customer's orders like apparels, beauty products & even home furniture over the phone.
