I Have over a year experience working in a fast paced office as a receptionist. Apppointments were made thiugh microsoft outlook. One of my main daily tasks was to set appointments and confirm them as well. To be successful in this task I preformed kind and understanding customer service and made sure all questions were answeered. If I did not have the information they needed in front of me I would find out the answer and get back with them as soon as possible.
