My responsibilities were to contact leads from a spreadsheet following a script and set appointments for the company I was working for. If the lead needed more information I would request their email for my employer and take detailed notes so that my employer would know who to email. At the end of each day I would turn in my spreadsheet and results for the day. I also gained experience in color coding spreadsheets so that my employer could see clearly who was interested and who was not, this also helped with call backs.
