38 years old with 11 years experience in customer service/sales, supervisor, appointment settler/closer. My first job in customer service was with AT&T mobile back in 2012. I took calls for a year then I was promoted to the supervisor role. Starting on September 2014 started to work as a supervisor for Cricket Wireless handling different lines of business such as, customer service over the phone, customer service via chat, chat support for dealers at retail stores and activations. During this period of time I gained experience using CRM systems, and the Oracle chat platform.
In 2016 I started working remotely, for a world class supplier of metal forming solutions. My role includes lead generation, lead qualification, appointment settling and closing. I am also the administrator of the company's CRM and data base (ZOHO). I completed the implementation/migration from the old CRM to ZOHO. I have experience maintaining the platform and being in contact with ZOHO support to help resolve any issues and continue developing the CRM to meet the company needs. My experience also includes data base management, generating reports, content marketing creation, mass mail marketing templates set up and tracking via CRM and generation of calling campaigns for lead generation. I have supported the company with service tickets to help document, track and ensure quick resolution.
