I am a former Washington/Oregon General Contractor. I have changed gears and am now drawing full house plans using Chief Architect, preparing permit packages and providing 3D Renderings for builders. Having been privy to the industry for years, I am also providing front office support services to General Contractors. These services include customer contracts, Subcontractor agreements, organizational services, job scheduling services, creating and managing systems and folders, budgets, AR, AP and any general bookkeeping, preparing, Distributing and tracking General Contractor Bid Invitations Packages and GC Bid Submissions. Basically, anything office related ('Ground support') for a General Contractor.
