I follow a design process in creating plans and designs for any building or space. 1. PRE-DESIGN - I carefully study and analyze the design requirements of my client 2. SCHEMATIC DESIGN - I sketch/ draw an initial/rough design for client's approval 3. DESIGN PHASE - a. I work on the complete set of drawings as required by the client such as, floor plans, elevations, sections, etc.. These are done using AutoCad. b. I design the 3D models for the space using SketchUp for interior/ exterior as required by the client c. I render the final 3D model on SketchUp and Vray d. I do post-processing of the final 3D image on Photoshop 4. SUBMISSION to client. In Jpeg, PDF, or cad file.
