The client asked me to design the property from A-Z, I started with some sketches, and after communications and negotiations we reached an acceptable point and we started to talk in a common language to each other. Understanding the client's needs and requirements is the most important skill that I am very professional in it and I can realize them very clearly ASAP by asking some questions or developing some sketches. :)
