So Once we have an agreement

* PHASE 1

• I sketch and first Draft so I will take the information I have gathered from you to create first sketches or draft.

At this point, you can request additional. Corrections and modifications.

* PHASE  2

• Once we come to agreement on these drafts, I will now refine them to the best desired work and submit them through Cad files or PDF files.

* PHASE 3

• You and constructors will then use these drawings and specifications to prepare for the next phase in the actual construction. 

This simple and straight forward process will help ensure that you get industry standard service, quick and professional.
