I've been doing architectural 3d modeling and rendering for 10+ years. I take client's initial data, let it be any sketch, blueprint or even measurements on the site and turn it fast into a work of precision and aesthetics. For this, I use 3ds max, AutoCAD, Mudbox (if some decorations need sculpting) and Photoshop to edit textures. For rendering I use V-ray engine.
