HDT has experience with Architectural Design, producing BIM projects from CAD and point cloud data. Project types range from multifamily units, hotels, office buildings to new car dealerships, tenant spaces, and retail. We are familiar with modeling building systems and performing clash analysis, and quantity take-offs.

Technical Approach

Our team can take the data generated  and collectively create, architectural, structural, and selected mechanical elements of the building. Separate models reduce lag time and strains on servers which will benefit the presentation. Upon completion, we can combine models to fit together in Navisworks, allowing for effective analysis and studying of each system.
