Ι was born in Nicosia and grew up in Greece. 

I graduated the Faculty of Architecture 

in Milan Polytechnic at north Italy. (Politecnico di Milano).

My 21-year professional experience concerns 

the whole range of architectural projects. 

I am passionate for architecture and the technology I use

to visualize your project.

We compose the renderings, based on the information that you provide us and

we interpret them primarily according to your instructions, but also with our

perception as architects.

Minor corrections are allowed, but not changing the overall project from

the beginning. Please try to give us as complete information as possible.

Interior renderings are calculated based on the net area of all spaces

within the perimeter of the building.

Our quotes for interior renderings are:

1-50m²=360$

51-150m²=720$

151-200m²=1450$

201-350m²=3000$

351-500m²=4200$

Exterior renderings are calculated with the total area

of the enclosed spaces. The surrounding area is added

with 50% of its area.

Our quotes for exterior renderings are:

1-50m²=120$

51-150m²=240$

151-300m²=480$

301-600m²=960$

601-1000m²=1200$

You need to upload anything that will help us 

to better understand your project:

Topographic diagrams, floor plans, views,

sections (Sketches, native CAD drawings or digitized),

photos of the surrounding area,

comments on what exactly you have

in your mind and other projects that you want

to show us as references (moodboard).
