Currently it is essential that you manage your architectural projects with BIM technologies. I have more than 5 years of experience in 3d construction and its respective documentation with archicad and teamworks tools for remote work. All the documentation you need is automatically updated in a virtual build that allows you to plan all the essential aspects of a build.
P.S. At the moment I do not have an archicad license, since I worked with a team that offered these licenses for their work team until the end of the contract. but surely we can agree something, im good in this field ;)
