I'm an Architectural Designer. I have been tasked to do the following tasks; Create plans and models from rough sketches using various CAD applications, Create the correct plans in CAD, Make revisions and changes based on the client's requirements, Provide and visualize 3D models for the client, Collaborate with other teams to ensure the correct model is provided, Seek and have a keen-eye towards small to important details, Provide possible solutions to certain issues on planning and designing process, Staying organized and able to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time, and anything related to architectural designing or drafting for architectural plans and concepts.

I am also a Project Manager, I can do Administrative tasks like Email Management, Overseeing the overall progress of the design and drafting team, Collaborate with clients, Create schedules and documentation for the project, monitoring project progression by tracking hours and budget, providing quotation for prospective project based on the difficulty of the project by hours, and have an excellent English language comprehension and conversation.

Also, I can also do a basic task like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive and Google Calendar, Set Appointments with clients through E-mails.

Additional skill is editing photos with the use of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom.

Lastly, I am a Bachelor's Degree holder major in Architecture with (5) years of actual experience in the field of Architectural Services. Experiences like; Site Ocular Visitation, Inspection of Fittings and Construction Progress, Monitoring and Management of Design and Drafting Team, Project Status Reports, Provide Proper Drafting Output, Shop Drawing Preparations, and Assistance to Principal/Senior Architects.
