Assisting preparation of project proposals, designs, and standardization guidelines. Coordinating with consultants, project team and generating detailed construction documents. To coordinate architectural designing with MEP services. Preparing project Design MIS and updating the same to higher management.  Review of existing bye laws and highlighting critical aspects. Generation of project area report (PAR) and issuing the same to concern departments. Maintaining, updating and issuing of drawing logs on periodic basis to all concern. Issuance of GFC drawings / transmittals to site & concern department. Assisting Q.S. department for vetting of quantity and technical specifications.
