Prepares detail Estimate and BOQ(bill of Quantity) rough Estimate of Industrial , Commercial Buildings according to site and according to client. • Prepares BBS(Bar Bending Schedule) of all RCC Structure . • Laying and marking centre line and Layout at site. • Supervision of site work and other works at site. • Planning and drawing civil structure construction drawing in AUTOCAD Software are mentioned below :- a) Structure drawing shall consist of the following drawing:- ➢ Foundation detail ➢ Column layout plan ➢ Depth of foundation ➢ Plinth level of structure ➢ All Reinforcement detail ➢ Grade of concrete to be used. ➢ Tie beams for building stability and peripheral wall foundation drawing. ➢ Elevation plans of structure ➢ Drawing for all beams like, plinth beam, lintel beam, roof beam, floor beam, cantilever beam etc related to the structure. b) Architecture :- Preparation of master plan of the project as per the requirement. ➢ Implementation of Vastu Shastra norms in planning of project. ➢ Prepare of layout plans for working drawings. ➢ Prepare of floor plans of all floors in accordance to the data provided. ➢ Prepare of covered area statement floor wise of proposed structure. ➢ Presentation of project elevation in 2D. ➢ Drawings for civil works of ETP tanks, STP tanks, septic tanks, underground water tanks, soak pit,etc. ➢ Drawings for all drains/storm water drains to be prepared. ➢ All floor Drawings shall be designed & prepared. ➢ Plan for complete kitchen from handling of raw food to service of cooked food including storages , service counter & washing arrangements ➢ Preparation of all elevation drawing for all floors ➢ Prepare plumbing drawing. ➢ Prepare electrical drawing. ➢ Prepare joinery drawing.
