SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE Mr. Ocampo, nicknamed Gerry, started his career in 1984 as an architectural draftsman under the firm of Alfredo E. Cabang & Associates. In 1987, he took his apprenticeship with the prestigious Architectural Design firm of Felipe M. Mendoza & Partners. Mr. Mendoza was one of the pioneers in the Philippine architectural scene. Mr. Ocampo worked with Architectural Design for 12 years. As a Senior Designer at Architectural Design, Mr. Ocampo was part of a team which conceptualized numerous commercial and institutional buildings. With the demise of Architect Mendoza, Mr. Ocampo decided to be a freelance architectural designer for several commercial and residential buildings. In 2003 Mr. Ocampo was commissioned by TIVasquez Architects & Partners to handle the Osmena Towers, situated in Cebu City in central Philippines and which is now one of the tallest buildings in metropolitan Cebu. In 2004 he worked with Industrial Contractors Ltd. Co. (INCO) in Al-khobar, Saudi Arabia as a Pre-cast Cad designer, one of the first pre-cast companies in the eastern province. After a four-year stint in Saudi Arabia, he moved to Doha, Qatar to join United Precast Concrete Company Qatar (UPCQ), an affiliate of the BPC Group (BPC) and one of the leading pre-cast companies in the Gulf region. In 2011 to 2015, he worked again with Industrial Contractors Ltd. Co. (INCO) in Al-khobar, Saudi Arabia as Senior Precast Detailer.
