I have more than 20 years of experience in Quantity take off for Residential, Commercial and Industrial buildings. My experience ranges from onscreen take off to Estimation.I would like to do detailed quantity take off, preparation of Bill of quantities mainly the following trades like Site works-Excavation,Cut and fill;Concrete Works-Concrete,Form works & reinforcement;Masonry block Works;Metal Works-Structural and non Structural;Carpentry and Joinery-Wood Works;Thermal and moisture protection- water proofing for Sub Structure,Wet Areas,Roofing,water tank,Sedimentation tanks;Doors and windows-Aluminium,metal,Wood ;Finishes-Floor ,Wall,Skirting,Ceiling;Accessories-Mirrors,vanity Counters,bathroom Accessories,partitions,cabinets,wardrobes,furniture ;Interior Works ;external works-interlocks paving,curbstone;landscaping-Hard and Soft landscaping,Road works-Asphalt,Infrastructure works etc. for procurement of Material/Subcontractor /Suppliers: My strengths are Methodical way of thinking.Good knowledge of construction.Excellent problem solving skills.Good financial and numeracy management skills.Excellent communication and negotiating skills.The ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily. My experience in Construction is of 12 years in U A E and 9 yrs in India.
