I am a practicing architect with 15+ years of experience. After working in architectural firms for eight years, I started doing freelance work. I did planning and interior design for a small nook to the residence and office space projects. 

The cost of projects done by me ranges between 10 thousand to 2+ Crores Rs (Ongoing). I am good at giving design and interior solutions on your budget. I provide services based on the client's requirements ranging from less, partial, or complete involvement. Let me elaborate on that, 

Few clients approach saying we just want the layout/ design for a specific space/building. This usually happens with clients looking to do interiors in the house/apartment. They have a contractor who will take care of the rest.

Few approaches saying you give us all the drawings and views or reference pictures. They take care of the rest,

Then there are complete end-to-end designing and coordination projects. 

Please note I provide services in all three categories.

I think this is the most important part is they are the ones who are going to use the space. Hence, irrespective of the level of involvement you seek, I can assure you of complete satisfaction. 

As for my designing skills, I usually do drawings in Autocad 2d. I provide views of the proposed spaces based on the client's requests. Otherwise, I provide respective reference images for visualization and understanding purposes. On a Project basis, I provide cost estimates, timely reminders, and solutions according to budget. This helps in keeping the project going overboard. I also try my best to enhance the look and ambiance of the space, irrespective of the client's taste.
