Architectural/Interior Design and Layout for your proposed home/commercial project.

1. I'm gonna have a discussion on how you would want to see the scene such as the mood, ambiance, and the design concept. 

2. I will visualize the floor plan layout and will present a proposal/schematic design to present its flow. For the technical details, I'm gonna provide a clear and detailed 2d layout on how it is on each furniture and setup with specifications, also the section and height of the project on scale.

3. After that is I'm gonna provide the 3d model which is based on the approved layout of the whole project. 

4. I would also coordinate with the revisions and comments to commit to the preferences. 

5. Lastly is to provide the rendered perspective based on the mentioned scene and applying textures on the materials.
