Hi! We are a team of licensed Architect in the Philippines and have over 13 years of collective experience in Architectural and Interior design, as well as construction and project management. Over the years, we have done several designs for residential and commercial projects. We specialize in fit-outs, maximizing small spaces, and built-in furniture design. Several established brands have tapped our firm to aid them in the concept re-branding of the standard design for their branches. We are also responsible in overseeing the implementation of our design during construction, in which we conduct several site inspections. We use AutoCAD for space programming and 2D design (floor plans and schemes), while we use Google SketchUp, V-ray and Lumion for 3D modeling and rendering. We are also proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Publisher and Adobe Photoshop We are dedicated and we work closely with our clients to provide them a space that responds not just to their aesthetics, but also to their needs.
