Design and Re Design, Interior and Exterior views for flats & villas using Vray
- Villa interior finisher, Space Planning and landscaping.
- Draw shop drawings, Sections & Elevations for site work.
- Draw shop drawings of MEP & HVAC projects and as built drawings of the site.
  - Make HAP calculations, duct sizer, Pipe Sizer, Pipe quantity, Air balancing, FCU (fan coil unit), AC (air conditioner), Exhaust fans etc.
    - Prepare estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standard and compiling reports for different stakeholders.
