General / Primary Services:

Primarily responsible for creating, consolidating, and lay-out 3D Models of houses, Buildings, and other structures within the requirement. Create a walk-through and prepare short photo slides and video shorts for Social Media marketing purposes.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare construction drawings and other details, shop drawings, and layouts per assigned model designs.
• Create a 3D visualization from CAD Lay-out and provide additional exterior and interior enhancements.
• Create a walk-through of spaces from the designed 3D layout.
• Prepare storyboard, still, photo shot angles, and video shots appropriate for the target audience.
• Prepare the layout of tarpaulins with rendered housing models of its exterior perspective and interior highlights.
• Support the Architectural Design and Planning in the preparation of 3D landscape, shop drawings, and design-related improvements.
