I am a licensed architect with licenses in the state of Florida and the Commonwealth State of Puerto Rico. I currently work for a large engineering based firm in San Juan. I have high expertise in architectural visualization techniques such as 3D Renderings, Computer Animations and hand renderings (sketches).I've also had extensive practice on architectural design, production of construction documents and technical specifications. I've worked on a wide range of residential projects, including high density, as well as many commercial projects.
