as I served as Government Employee for 19 years and availed VSS in 2012. After then joined private sector in IT Field. During Study I remained fully interested in Education AND then also work hard in my practical life/job & gained sufficient experience.

Before this when I was a student, I was much involved in day-to-day lessons and lectures delivered by my honorable Teachers and my seniors.  My parent and teaches always supported me, guided me and cleared my vision that hard work and the honesty is the key to success.  So since the childhood this habit of honesty and dignity of work had been created.   Now come back to the professional carrier.   While having a concrete solid base, the job was not a difficult task for me.  A fresh entered person first has to learn some basics of any organization where he is going to start his carrier i.e rules and regulations, client dealing, problems handling, create /prepare the tasks and submission to the seniors by fulfilling all the required formalities.

The job is definitely a responsibility and I did that according to the needs and nature of the work.  I also enjoyed my professional carrier.  Our main goal was “Revenue and Collection” “Retention of Customers” and Recover the Defaulted amounts stuck in pipeline by the defaulters”. During job, I performed various tasks.  For example, boss dictate me letters and replies of various queries and then I type that correspondence in the system.  I learn while doing my duty and try to enhance my vocabulary, knowledge and experience.

As you are well aware of this fact, every calendar year Internal Audit conducted by deploying the Audit Inspection Team from the Headquarters.    Every year I availed benefits of learning and enhancing my knowledge by having a close liaison with Audit Team.    They deliver their knowledge to me for proper feeding and completion of their tasks and Audit Reports.  From them, I have learned so much and broadened my vision.

Entire process was not just to time pass and collect salary every month.   During my whole carrier, I remained much involved in the job’s task and achieving the target.  So availed that opportunity and learn from the legends how to be successful in professional life.   Learning process never ends in the life of a person.   Every step teaches us something new.   From the seniors and the life of our ideals we learn how to live a pious and noble life, how to behave with others, how to grow our children with kind behavior and how to respect our elders, how to learn and how to serve.
