TCS is the world-leading information technology consulting, services, and business process outsourcing organization. TCS is also ranked among Top 10 U.S. Application Management Services Vendors. As a Technical communicator, I worked on projects of Fortune Top 10 companies (TCS Customers). I worked for clients such as- Eli Lilly and Company,Bechtel. My job profile included to write and edit technical documents, such as user manuals, training guides and online help. In addition, I developed documentation for the print and online media, Instructional Design, Content Management, and development of marketing collateral. I worked on different industry domains, technology platforms and publishing software. As a freelancer, I have done work for companies like IBM and NIIT. I have experience in working with clients and teams across geographies and time zones.
