Creating and writing clear, easily followed procedures is my specialty. Enabling readers to improve the quality of their work output and increase their efficiency is my goal. I have over 15 years experience writing and editing software user guides, business procedures and policies, and mapping and improving workflow. I work well independently and in small groups devoted to identifying and satisfying customer needs. I'm familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Visio and Access, and enjoy learning new software applications.
