As a creative semi-retired graphic artist and art director for over 50 years and in this latter part of my life retiring was a huge life milestone. Some people can't wait to say goodbye to their jobs and get started enjoying their free time, and others would work forever if they could do artwork, graphics, and marketing solutions are like prayer and deep meditation to me. who decided 10 years ago to move to the Southland to Conway South Carolina to paint artwork and write about our American history.

But my doctor has advised me to slow my activity down about Driving All over the south land of America exhibiting my artwork that reflects the truth about the American Civil War and reconstruction.  My entire 60+ years as an Artist after being awarded a scholarship at the age of 14 from Norman Rockwell and then migrating into the advertising and marketing business which has always been about inventing new ways to grab people’s attention and to provoke thought.
