The majority of experience that I have for this position comes from years of being an administrative assistant. First of all, I am capable of prioritizing assignments to make sure everything is done correctly and efficiently. I have excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills that I use to communicate effectively and professionally. I also have excellent organizational skills. I am experienced with using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, which I used to complete data entry tasks, as well as the Internet and email. Working with many different types of people, whether at a job or school, has allowed me to gain necessary people skills that are essential to this type of position.
