I am associated with the PwC Pakistan since June 2012, having professional experience of more than 4 years with the firm. My experience is spread over a wide spectrum of industries covering fields of financial advisory, audit and related assurance engagements, due diligences, and valuation services. With significant experience of valuations within the firm, I have a wide range of technical expertise in business and cash flow modelling. I have worked on a number of advisory assignments in relation to financial modelling, financial restructuring, accounting due diligence and mergers and acquisition engagements. My recent client experience has included merger and acquisition transaction for a company in entertainment industry, review and redevelopment of a financial feasibility model for a venture in steel industry, financial due diligence for a company in industry of building and allied materials.
