I have experienced in providing Audio and Video Podcasters, and Entrepreneurs in having a comprehendible written text without the need to wasting their time cross-checking it. I started taking notes of the minutes of the meeting. My previous bosses appreciated it because I did a version of full verbatim and clean verbatim of taking notes during our meeting. I have been in the BPO industry since the year 2008 and I must say that is where I managed to enhance my listening skill.
