When hired for this service, I will split or join audio files, normalize the volume (make it louder without distorting), *try* to remove or minimize background noise and/or room noises (please send me a sample before hiring so I can evaluate it). You must provide every audio file (including background music) with clear instructions on what to cut or join, which noises you want gone, etc. I will not extract audio from any audio streaming services. I can extract audios from videos, but you must still provide the file. (You must have all rights to the files you provide me. I won't touch copyrighted material)
