• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify and assume liability for work performed. • Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. • Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles. • Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features. • Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain. • Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys. • Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements. • Provide daily updates to project manager. • Coordinate with Land Team For getting New Government Order Allotment from KREDL (Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Ltd) • Preparing Drawings for getting Government Order to submit KREDL (Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Ltd) • Collecting competitor Government Order applied data from KREDL (Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Ltd) • Collecting data from KPTCL ( Central Transmission Authority & State Transmission Authority) • Surveying Land (Chain Survey, Table Survey) as planned wind power Projects (Road, Platform, Electrical line) • Solving Land boundary issues & convenience formers • Resolving the ROW issues at site (Pathway Problems, Road Dust issues, Crop compensations issues) • Prepare as Built drawing for ongoing projects. • As & when required visit the site for drawing preparation. • Preparing schedule for Purchasing Property • Preparing hand sketch for Purchasing Property to easy understanding for Liaison peoples • Liaison and coordination with: • State Revenue Officers • Panchayat & Village authorities • Registrar of Assurances • For title search reports and verification of property title and other Government Departments for land acquisition • Interaction with Collector, Town Planners, Tehsildar and other related Government Offices. • Ensure compliance to various rules and regulations laid down by Government as per Land Acquisition Act, evaluation, negotiation, verification check of land, land tax, stamp duty, city survey records, title clearance and other compliance tasks • Supervise completion of registration formalities with the various Statutory Authorities
