DRAFTSMAN/DETAILER 1. Prepare technical sketches, complex shop drawings, working plans and graphic presentation from notes, verbal instruction, and rough or detailed sketches by the use of AutoCAD, REVIT & SKETCHUP. 2. Operates plotter to transfer developed drawing outputs, and serves as a reproducible medium. 3. Preparing AS built Plan Drawings at the project site. 4. Preparing shop drawing details and sections as needed for site works. 5. Prepare & Report all technical drawing issues needed for revision. 6. Prepare Fire Protection, Plumbing and HVAC designs as per site works revisions. 7. Prepare Coordination Drawings & Builders Work for all mechanical Disciplines. 8. Prepare 3Dand Isometric Drawings for better and complex understanding at the site project. 9. Perform calculations needed to solve scaling, dimensioning and cross section interpolations. 10. Update network drawings, Coordinates with GIS unit on work- related matters. 11. Conduct preliminary inspection for correct positioning and location of sleeves from approved builder’s work drawing at the project site. 12. Prepare Quantity take-off based on the approved shop drawing
