I do offer full plan services: floor plan, elevations, site plans, electrical, framing plans. plumbing plans, cabinet details, 3d modeling etc. I have completed well over 300+ projects over the last 12 years. This gives me a unique perspective of design, cost, and actual construction techniques. I tend to work with many "self-contractors" and residential contractors providing them oversight and perspective even during the build process.
