• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. • Generating production documentation such as assembly instructions • Analyze and recommend sludge treatment or disposal methods. • Design water storage tanks or other water storage facilities. • Design water run-off collection networks, water supply channels, or water supply system networks. • Provide technical direction or supervision to junior engineers, engineering or computer-aided design (CAD) technicians, or other technical personnel. • Design or select equipment for use in wastewater processing to ensure compliance with government standards. • Oversee the construction of decentralized or on-site wastewater treatment systems, including reclaimed water facilities. • Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities • Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions • Prepare the production Chart & operation chart • Provides production support to the machining area and the assembly area. • Analyzes engineering sketches, specifications and related data and drawings to determine design factors such as size, shape and arrangement of parts. • Sketches rough layouts and computes angles, weights, surface areas, dimensions, radii, clearances, tolerances, leverages and location of holes. • Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to project requirements. • Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing. • Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards and customer contract requirements, and related specifications. • Prepare schedule of comparison production reports • Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with project management Team • Research and development for improving the product quality & appearance
